Monthly practice helps keep skills fresh.
No prior sailing experience required! Our instructors teach everything from basic terminology to steering techniques during your session. Physical abilities like balance and moderate upper body strength are helpful but not essential. We accommodate all skill levels and assign roles based on individual comfort and capabilities.
Standard group sailing sessions last 3 hours, including 30 minutes for safety briefing and basic instruction. Advanced courses run 4-5 hours with more intensive skill development. Corporate team building programs can be customized from half-day (3-4 hours) to full-day experiences (6-8 hours) based on your goals and team size.
