Windward SeaVenture Yacht Charters, Inc. (WSV) will manage
and market your boat for bareboat chartering. The vessel will be maintained
in charter ready condition, clean, tanks full, etc. The income from each
charter is divided 50% to the owner and 50% retained by WSV (After tax,
fuel and ins surcharge are deducted).
As the owner of the vessel you are responsible for the normal expenses, however Windward provides cleaning, physical inspection and routine maintenance at no cost to you. Visit our dock and inspect our fleet. Compare our fleet to other local charter comnpanies and you will be convinced we will take the best care of your yacht. In most cases, you can deduct the expenses up to the income that is generated. You also can deduct the interest as a second home or start a business to cover the operation of the boat. We will be your managerial company . (Consult your C.P.A., deductions will vary with each individual circumstance.) At the beginning of each month we will send you a statement and check for the previous month's activity. The boat is always available for your usage. Simple, easy, LOW COST boating. |
